Flamenco Jam-Sessions

TABLAO originally means "floorboard" in Spanish. It's also the name given to locations where flamenco shows are performed, presumably referring to the wooden surface of the stage. TABLAO is the name we use for our regular get-togethers of the Berlin flamenco scene at our Tanzboden Tempelhof.

During the warm months from May to September, musicians, dancers, and flamenco lovers come together to share their art and knowledge with each other, and help newcomers get started in this art form. Feel free to join us! Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay updated.

TARANTELLA is the lively folk music of southern Italy that thrives on friends, joy, and encounters. You meet while dancing, singing, laughing, eating and enjoying a glass of wine, or simply on the street...

The TARANTELLA.WORKSHOP is the meeting point in Berlin for active people with a passion for music and dance, and for this lively folk culture of southern Italy, as well as an interest in meeting people and cultures. Our workshop is open to all people without borders - and also for new projects and ideas!

Our dance floor is free of charge. If you would like to reserve a time slot, please send us an email at TanbodenTHF@gmail.com, and we will add you to our calendar.

If someone is using the dance floor spontaneously, please indicate your reservation on our website.
